Harassment is one of the most pervasive, frightening, and potentially damaging threats that LGBT students face in our public schools. Under the Constitution, public schools have to address any harassment against LGBT students the same way they would address harassment against any other student. And federal law says that public schools must act to stop harassment based on appearance or behavior that doesn鈥檛 鈥渕atch鈥� gender stereotypes.
If you鈥檙e being bullied, called names, threatened, or physically harmed at your school because of who you are, you don鈥檛 have to take it!
